“Salehle” means fix it for me.
It is what people actually say when something breaks at home, not a brand invented in a meeting. The business exists for the same reason: to be the number you call without having to think about it.
Hiring a contractor in Lebanon usually means asking around, getting a number from a neighbour, and hoping. The work might be excellent. The price might double halfway through. You find out afterwards.
Salehle was built to remove that gamble: a small, consistent group of technicians across six trades, fixed written pricing, and one person responsible for your job from the first message to the follow-up call. Nothing about that is revolutionary. It is just rarely done properly.
How we work
We turn work down
If we do not have the right person free, we say so instead of sending whoever is available and hoping. It costs us jobs. It is also the reason repeat customers call us first.
Prices are written, not spoken
A verbal estimate that grows by the end of the job is the single most common complaint about contractors in Lebanon. Ours are written down and approved before a tool comes out.
The same technicians, repeatedly
We work with a fixed group of local tradespeople rather than an open pool. They know we will keep sending work if the standard holds, which is a stronger guarantee than any badge on a website.
Someone answers
A missed call in this trade means the customer simply rings the next result. We keep WhatsApp open and reply during working hours, in whichever language you write in.
Where we work
Deliberately limited. A technician who already knows the building types and traffic in your area arrives when they said they would and quotes accurately the first time. We would rather cover fewer places properly than claim all of Lebanon.
