Your technician arrives, inspects, quotes in writing, and only then starts. You see the price before the work.

A short check-in afterwards. If anything needs a second visit, we schedule it without another charge.

For most requests we confirm a technician the same day. Send a message on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly what is realistic. If we cannot get someone to you quickly, we say so rather than letting you wait.
The technician inspects the job and gives you a fixed written price. You approve it before any work begins. If something unexpected is found mid-job, work stops and you get a revised price to approve.
Tell us and we come back. If the fault is with work we did, the return visit is not charged again.
