Terms
How working with us actually works.
The rules of the arrangement, written plainly. If anything here is unclear, ask before booking rather than after.

Booking is a request, not a confirmation
Submitting the form or messaging us on WhatsApp asks us to arrange a visit. It does not book one. Your appointment exists only once we have confirmed a specific time with you by phone or message.
We do this deliberately. We only confirm a slot when a technician is genuinely free for it, rather than accepting every request and rescheduling later.
Quotes and prices
- The technician inspects the job before quoting. Any figure given before that is an estimate, not a price.
- You receive a fixed price in writing and approve it before work begins.
- If something unexpected is found once work starts, we stop and give you a revised price to approve. We do not continue and add it to the bill.
- You are free to decline a quote. If you do, you owe us nothing beyond any call-out fee agreed in advance.
Changing or cancelling
Tell us as early as you can and there is no charge. If a technician has already travelled to you and cannot carry out the work for a reason on your side, we may charge for the visit. We will tell you that amount before dispatching, never afterwards.
We may also need to reschedule, usually because an earlier emergency overran. If that happens we will tell you as soon as we know rather than leaving you waiting.
If the work is not right
Tell us and we come back. If the fault is with work we carried out, the return visit is not charged again.
This does not cover a new and unrelated fault, damage caused after we left, normal wear, or work that someone else has since altered.
Your responsibilities
- Give us safe access to the work area at the confirmed time.
- Tell us about anything hazardous we should know about before we arrive.
- Move or protect valuables and fragile items near the work area.
- Confirm that you are entitled to authorise the work, for example as owner or with the landlord’s permission.
Limits of what we take responsibility for
We take responsibility for damage caused by our own negligence while carrying out your job. We do not take responsibility for pre-existing faults, the failure of parts or systems we did not install or work on, or consequential losses such as lost income or missed appointments.
Nothing here removes rights you have under Lebanese law.
Where we work
We serve Beirut, Choueifat, Hadath, Hazmieh, Baabda and Aley, plus nearby parts of Mount Lebanon. If you are outside this, ask. We will tell you immediately rather than accept a booking we cannot keep.
Photographs
We may ask to photograph completed work for our website and social media. You are free to say no, and it makes no difference to the job or the price. We never publish anything identifying you or your address without asking first.
Complaints
Call or message +961 78 842 570 and tell us what went wrong. It comes to the owner. We would far rather hear it directly and put it right than read it in a review.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Lebanese law, and the courts of Lebanon have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
